Xevert Studio is a brand of Xevert LLC, a drone media and 360° capture studio based in Miami, FL. In this policy, "we," "us," "our," and "Xevert Studio" refer to Xevert LLC. We provide aerial photography, cinematic video, and virtual tour services across South Florida. You can reach us at support@xevert.com.
Contact form. When you submit an inquiry or quote request through our website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), shoot location or address (optional), and the content of your message.
Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymized usage data through Google Analytics 4 — including pages visited, time on site, device type, and general geographic region. This data does not identify you personally.
Local storage. We store your theme preference (dark/light/auto) and cookie consent choice in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device.
We use the information you submit through our contact form solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and communicate about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Analytics data is used to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. This data is aggregated and anonymous.
Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic and usage. Formspree. Our contact form is processed by Formspree. When you submit a form, your data is transmitted to Formspree's servers in accordance with Formspree's Privacy Policy. We use Formspree solely to receive your inquiry and do not authorize them to use your data for any other purpose.

We also store your theme preference (dark/light/auto) in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not used for tracking.
Form submissions are retained by Formspree according to their data retention policies. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months by default. We do not maintain our own database of contact form submissions beyond what appears in our email inbox, which we manage according to standard email retention practices.
California residents (CCPA). You have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request deletion of that information, and to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
EU/EEA residents (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to data portability and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

Our website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
