Questions, answered.

Everything you need to know before booking. Don't see your question? Just ask us.

Yes. Our operators hold FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificates. We handle all required FAA airspace authorization — including LAANC and waivers — as part of every commercial booking.
We primarily serve Miami, Miami Beach, Brickell, Wynwood, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura, Doral, and the broader South Florida region. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond a 30-mile radius of Miami.
We recommend booking at least 5–7 days in advance to secure your preferred date and allow time for airspace authorization where required. For events and large projects, 2–4 weeks is ideal. We do accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.
Fill out the quote form on our contact page → We'll respond within 24 hours with availability and a custom quote → Once confirmed, a deposit secures your date → We connect before the shoot to finalise your shot list → Show up, shoot, deliver.
We monitor conditions closely in the days leading up to your shoot. If weather (rain, high winds, or low visibility) prevents a safe flight, we'll reschedule at no cost to you. Miami's weather is fast-moving — we're flexible and experienced at finding the right window.
It depends on the package. A Starter shoot is typically 1–2 hours on site. Studio packages run 2–3 hours. Signature packages can be half-day. We'll give you an accurate time estimate when you book based on your location and deliverables.
Absolutely. Before every shoot we do a brief alignment call to go over your shot list. You're welcome to share reference images, specific angles you want, or key features you need highlighted. The more context you give us, the better the result.
Certain airspace near Miami International Airport (MIA) and other controlled airspace requires FAA authorization via LAANC or a waiver. We handle all airspace authorization as part of the booking process — you don't need to worry about it.
Standard delivery is 48 hours from the shoot date. Same-day and 24-hour rush delivery is available on request for an additional fee (subject to availability and project scope). All media is delivered via a private, password-protected download link.
Photos are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs (and RAW files on request). Videos are delivered as MP4 (H.264 or H.265) optimized for web and social media, plus a social vertical cut. 360° tours are delivered as hosted links ready to embed on your website.
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, you own full commercial usage rights to all photos and videos delivered. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio and social media unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of booking.
Each project includes one round of revision requests (colour correction adjustments, trim edits, music changes). Additional rounds of revisions are available at our standard editing rate. We aim to get it right first time — our pre-shoot brief process is designed to prevent misalignment.
Both. Our service pages list our standard Starter, Studio, and Signature packages. We also build custom quotes for projects that fall outside these tiers — multi-day shoots, fleet photography, long-form construction programs, and custom deliverables are all available on request.
Yes. We require a 50% deposit to confirm and hold your booking date. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of your final media. For multi-visit construction programs, we can arrange a monthly invoice structure.
Yes. We offer retainer pricing for real estate agents, brokerages, and developers with regular shoot needs. Contact us to discuss a package that works for your volume.
