iAwards Program
1. What is the iA.Program?
- It is a program that allows you to earn up to 15% (USD Dollars) per a completed sale by endorsing our designs. In order to participate, you must have a valid PayPal account.
- 2. How do I sign up?
- Use the contact page to email us the required information provided with the correct data, as it will be used for payment methods. Please include the following data in your message:

- 3. What do you need to do exactly?
- To earn the cash you will need to redirect potential customers our way. Basically, for every customer that you direct you will earn 15% from that sale. Please note that the customer must purchase the design.
- 4. How does Xevert Studio know who referred the client?
- Basically, tell the client to refer your name (the one you used when you signed up) during the time of sale. Once the purchase has been set and the payment has been confirmed, you will receive the 15% award within 2-4 business days from the date and time of purchase.
- 5. What if the customer purchases more than one design? What happens then?
- For every design sold, you will receive 15% of the total amount due for that design. For example, if the client purchases 2 designs, you will receive 15% on each sale. Please note, that the 15% on each design is calculated separately and cannot be added and taken from the total amount paid.
- 6. Is there a limit to how many refers I can send?
- No. The more clients you send the more money you make!
- 7. What happens if the buyer wants a refund?
- Xevert Studio does not offer refunds...unless we have not sent the design yet. Remember though, you only get paid after the payment and the whole transaction has been confirmed with the client. So you have nothing to worry about.
- 8. How do I get paid?
- Xevert Studio ONLY pays via PayPal. You must have an account with PayPal in order to get paid.
- 9. Can I just have Xevert Studio save up the money for me and get a design with it?
- Unfortunately that is not an option. Many disputes could arise from this, so we have decided not to take part of this.
- 10. Any website limitations?
- Xevert Studio products can be sold to any website. There is no limitation.
- 11. To which design does this program apply to?
- This program applies only to premade design by Xevert Studio unless otherwise stated.

Terms Of Service
Introduction
- Please read these Terms Of Service cautiously. They enclose the legal terms and conditions that administrate your use of the digital media provided to you by Xevert Studio (www.xevert.com). Examples of our digital media are, but not limited to: graphics (designs, logos, etc.), wordings, content, data, etc.
In the Terms Of Service section, You and Your is strictly referred to the client or user (whether it is a person or a company) that is downloading or purchasing digital media from Xevert Studio (www.xevert.com); while, the words We, Our, and Us strictly refer to Xevert Studio (www.xevert.com).
- 1. Acceptance and Modification of Terms
- PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY OF OUR DIGITAL MEDIA. BY USING OUR DIGITAL MEDIA YOU ARE BOUNDED BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BY XEVERT STUDIO (WWW.XEVERT.COM). WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE TERMS OF SERVICE AT ANY TIME. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PERIODICALLY CHECK THE TERMS OF SERVICE FOR ANY UPDATES.
- 2. Availability
- The digital media provided by Xevert Studio is an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without warranty. Xevert Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the digital media provided, in its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice.
You agree that Xevert Studio is not and will not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the digital media provided.
Furthermore, no digital media shall be sent to the client unless the total amount of the digital media has been paid in full and cleared through PayPal.
- 3. Copyright
- All of the digital media provided by Xevert Studio are strictly property of Xevert Studio (www.xevert.com) and their respective owners unless otherwise stated in documented papers or electronically stored documents approved by Xevert Studio (www.xevert.com).
A. You DO NOT have the permission to use any of the commercial digital media provided by us on more than ONE web site at anytime unless you are licensed to, or have purchased the digital media for the additional sites or otherwise stated.
B. You DO NOT have the right to resell, redistribute or offer our digital media to the public or anyone for free or commercially, unless you are licensed to or otherwise stated.
C. You DO NOT have the right to remove any of the copyrights stated on the digital media unless you are licensed to or otherwise stated.
D. You AGREE upon the purchase or download of a digital media provided by Xevert Studio that you have read and understood these Terms Of Service set forth by Xevert Studio (www.xevert.com).
E. You AGREE that upon the purchase of a digital media; you give consent to Xevert Studio to post your Site Name and/or Site Link on a specified page on our site for digital media purchase verification on a private and/or a public page.
- Digital Media
- To prevent our hard work from going to waste, we have laid out a fail proof system. We encourage you to fully read the Terms Of Service and understand it prior to ordering a digital good.
- 4. Digital Media Refunds
- We offer no refunds on any digital media purchased from Xevert Studio (www.xevert.com). However, we will offer a refund only on premade digital media if it has not been sent out by email to the email provided at time of purchase.
- 5. Modifications of Digital Media
- You have the choice of modifying any, unless otherwise stated, digital media purchased or download from Xevert Studio to fit your desire to the extent were it is not in violation of the Terms Of Service set forth by Xevert Studio (www.xevert.com).
- 6. Custom Order
- In order for you to be eligible to obtain a custom digital good from Xevert Studio, you must meet the following qualifications: You must pay half of the digital media prior to start; however, if you are unable to provide half of the payment prior to start, a security deposit of 25% from the total payment must be paid, unless otherwise stated. Please note, that we will not start any work on any digital media unless you are qualified.
The security deposit placed is to ensure that our work will not go to a waste. Please understand that the security deposit will be deducted from the total payment due; however, if at any time after we have started the work, you decide to cancel the order you will lose your security deposit. However, if you are still interested in the design but cannot meet the payment deadline, we will hold on to the security deposit and the custom digital media until the rest of the total amount due has been paid.
- 7. Ordering Digital Media
- To obtain a custom or a premade digital media, you must email us using our contact system. Please include what you are interested in, for example, If it is custom, then please detail how you want your theme to look or have; however, if you want a premade, then please indicate the name of the digital media you want.
- Legality
- These Terms Of Service are set forth by Xevert Studio as a bond between You and Us. If a court shall find any of the Terms Of Service sections or subsections invalid, you agree that the remainder of the Terms Of Service is legally enforceable. You, also agree that Xevert Studio cannot and will not be held liable for anything. Our digital media is freely provided or commercially provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE and holds no warranty.

We believe that the look and the structure of a site is what attracts more customers to stay and use it even longer. Why is this? Well, because the first thing the end user sees as soon as they type in the companys site link is the design. They look to see how well it is organized and if it looks professional or if the design portrays what they are marketing. As a graphic designer, I strive myself everyday to acquire new skills and perfect my designs. I had first started designing when I was only 14 years-old. I quickly grabbed the concept and pushed myself further with each design I made; whether it was an avatar, a signature, or a professional web site layout.
In Feb. 2006, I opened my own graphic designs web site Xevert.com - Xevert Studio. Later on, I met ZatroX and we started our own design community Crystal Styles, which has evolved to become ZatroX Studio. Though we use different domains, our network is one.
